The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Should have 2+ years of experience in real estate and commercial transactions. Should have a background in residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing as well as in title insurance. Experience with lending and land use and zoning approvals is a plus. Must be currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in good standing. Superior writing ability, maturity, and good communication skills are essential.
