The candidate will entail the representation of developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in connection: Commercial and residential real estate development, construction, leasing, and financing transactions; counseling business clients on the formation and governance of business corporations, joint ventures and partnerships, and drafting related documents; representing clients in the purchase and sale of
businesses; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse business agreements; planning and creating condominium and planned community regimes for real estate developments, and general business representation and counseling. Should have 5-10 years of relevant experience. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and have previous law firm experience. Experience information and creation of documentation for commercial and/or residential planned community and condominium ownership regimes is essential. A tax background, including an LLM degree in taxation, is preferred. Must have strong communication and drafting skills and be highly motivated, hard-working, diligent, articulate, and able to work with a significant degree of independence.
