## Senior Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment

At Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, we are seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our growing Management-Side Labor & Employment team in either our Chicago, Crystal Lake, or St. Charles, IL office. The ideal candidate holds an active Illinois bar license and has at least 7 years of experience with providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers, navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts.

### Job Requirements

* Active Illinois bar license
* 7+ years of experience providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers
* Experience navigating proceedings before administrative agencies
* Experience with defense litigation in federal and state courts
* Experience with labor a plus but not required
* Strong analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Deep commitment to client service
