McNees Wallace & Nurick, a full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Energy Attorney to join their growing Energy and Environmental Group in any of their Pennsylvania offices. In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields, and enjoy advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

J.D. with licensure in PA
3 -7 years of transactional and regulatory administrative litigation experience within the energy industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Willingness to establish a presence in Harrisburg and attend regular hearings and meetings as needed
