Qualifications:

J.D. with licensure in PA
3-7 years of transactional and regulatory administrative litigation experience within the energy industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Willingness to establish a presence in Harrisburg and attend regular hearings and meetings as needed
