McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is currently seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join their growing Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can work from any of their Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience.

Candidates should have the following:

D. with licensure in PA
4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
Although not required, planned community and condominium experience is a plus
Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
