Job Description:
Corporate Lawyer
The candidate will lead all corporate legal matters, formation, and management of legal entities, regulatory filings, etc. Draft and critical review of real estate option/purchase and sale agreements, right of way agreements, interconnection agreements, permits, third party engagement letters, non-disclosure agreements, and other agreements related to the Company s solar projects. Provide legal support and direction to the development team, engineers, and other project staff. Oversee legal aspects of project development. Advise management on strategic issues and corporate policies and procedures. Synchronize legal and business terms across various agreements in a coordinated manner. Identify risks and propose alternative strategies in order to mitigate risks while accomplishing the preferred path forward for the project if possible.
