Mid-level Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate
The candidate will focus on compensation and benefits in M&A transactions. Will also assist on matters involving executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the CA State Bar. Must have 2-7 years of experience. Should have experience assisting with compensation and benefits matters in M&A transactions.
