Job Description:
Law Firm is seeking a Creditors' Rights Paralegal to join one of its offices in Greenville, Raleigh, New Bern, Wilmington, or Asheville. The successful candidate will be multi-task oriented, well organized, analytical, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have great attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

* Monitor bankruptcy dockets and email notifications
* Draft legal documentation including pleadings in State and Federal Court, discovery, motions, notices, forbearance and loan modification agreements, and other case-related documentation
* File and serve State and Federal civil actions
* File and serve bankruptcy notices of appearance, proofs of claim, motions, objections, ballots and any other case-related pleadings
* Schedule, calendar, docket and prepare for hearings
* Perform all paralegal functions under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal supervisor

* At least two years' experience in handling all aspects of bankruptcy
