Qualifications:

* J.D. with licensure in PA
* 3 -7 years of transactional and regulatory administrative litigation experience within the energy industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
* Willingness to establish a presence in Harrisburg and attend regular hearings and meetings as needed
