Job Description:
Criminal Justice Bureau Attorney
Candidate will include the investigation and prosecution of significant criminal cases throughout the State. Will: Prosecute crimes punishable by death or imprisonment for life, and represent the State on all criminal appeals in the Supreme Court and the federal courts. Conducts investigations and initiates prosecutions in cases involving drug trafficking, financial crime, public integrity crime, and Medicaid fraud. Assist in investigations involving the use of deadly force by police officers in the line of duty. Must have a JD Degree from a recognized law school and be a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar with 2+ years of prosecutorial experience.
