Volunteer Internship Positions
The candidate will depend on the student s grade level, and may include legal research and writing and assisting in all aspects of case preparation. Will also be able to observe depositions and pre-file conferences, attend court on a regular basis to observe pre-trial hearings and trials and will become familiar with the workings of the criminal justice system. Must have completed their second year of law school and qualify for the CLINCIAL PROGRAM. Must be certified to speak in court and will be able to handle misdemeanor or felony cases under the supervision of an attorney.
