Construction Litigation Associate
The candidate will be required to analyze the law, apply facts, and perform legal research and writing pertaining to public and private construction projects. Typical duties will include the drafting of pleadings, participation in discovery and motion practice (in state and federal courts), as well as bid protests, and claim preparation. Should be licensed in Pennsylvania, with a demonstrated proficiency in state and federal civil procedure. Should have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Must have a construction or commercial law background, strong academic credentials (preferably law review), and strong legal research and writing skills.
